Shelly's hours vary based on her needs & the needs of her clients. She currently schedules sessions for daytime hours. Groups are scheduled on weekends. She does not offer a "walk-in" service, all sessions must be scheduled by appointment. How long do I have to wait for an appointment? What if it's an emergency and I need to speak with her?
All inquiries are answered in the order they are received. Most emails & calls are returned within 48 hours, however, there are times when Shelly gets a high volume of calls & emails, in that case it could be several weeks until you hear back from John-Shelly's husband & scheduling/booking manager. Most group sessions & in office sessions are currently being scheduled several months in advance. Most phone sessions can be scheduled within 2 weeks. Her client base is growing quickly & as her schedule fills up, wait times will likely be longer. Shelly realizes that everyone who reaches out to her has an important need for her services, however; she must do most replies in the order they are received. If you do have an emergency situation, she can usually fit you in within a few days, sometimes even the same day.
Can Shelly read more than one person at a time/Can I bring someone with me?

Will she do sessions with children?
Shelly will only do an individual or group session with a child over the age of 13 with parental permission. This age requirement is NOT applicable for the "psychic child assessment" or for coaching, the assessment & coaching can be done at a much younger age.
How can I pay for my session/Does Shelly take checks or credit cards?
At this time, all group & individual sessions must be paid in cash only. Shelly does not accept personal checks or credit cards. Credit cards are ONLY accepted for telephone sessions. Also, money orders can be mailed in advance to P.O. Box 15 Mercersburg PA 17236 for telephone sessions.
How do telephone sessions work & how do I pay?
Because Shelly doesn't use cards or read palms, she can get accurate information simply by having a telephone conversation. Telephone sessions are conducted exactly the same as an individual session. Most telephone conversations are as clear and accurate as an in-person session. Telephone sessions are paid via credit card (see services & rates) or by sending a money order before the session date.

While no two sessions are the same, most individual sessions last approximately 30-45 minutes. Some are much longer, some shorter. Shelly never makes you feel rushed & is not a clock watcher. Group sessions vary, depending on the type of group session. the number of people, & energy present in the room.

There are actually two types of group sessions. Session fees vary depending on number of guests, location, and type of group.
1-A Group session can consist of back to back individual private sessions at the host's home or location OR
2-A Group session can also be getting together in a gallery type setting in which Shelly does communication in an open group type format. You may attend this type of group & have no one show up to connect with you or you may get all the attention. It depends on who else attends and which spirits are most determined. It doesn't mean your loved one isn't with you or doesn't want to communicate-someone else just has stronger energy at the time. Spirits are usually much more direct with information at a group session than they are at private individual sessions. This is most likely because of the energy created when a group of people are together. Please keep in mind, while both types of group sessions can be fun, they must be taken seriously, someone from beyond the grave is trying to communicate with their loved one, this is not a time for side conversations among friends and/or "partying"...it's fine to do that after the session, but the group sessions require a quiet peaceful environment with NO disturbances. If your guests are interested in individual private readings, the back to back format may be more ideal.
I'm scared....Will the spirits come home with me?
NO! They don't "come" home with you because they are already with you at home, in the car, at work, etc.... Please keep in mind, this isn't a freaky situation as portrayed in horror movies. This is simply an opportunity for you to connect with loved ones who have passed. They are already with you in your daily life, you just can't see or hear them.. The psychic portion of your session is more of a similar conversation but with your angels- again, they are already with you every day! Please keep in mind that if you are not "ready" to communicate with a loved one or to hear about your future, Shelly can simply do one or the other and doesn't always do both. Also, if you are not ready for working with a psychic to help enrich your life- then you shouldn't....while feeling anxious or nervous before your session is a normal feeling, it shouldn't cause you too much worry, stress, or anxiety- If it does, you should wait until you feel you are more prepared for this spiritual journey.
