Every decision you’ve made in your life has brought you to this precise moment in time. Some things that happen in life can be attributed to fate, others are meant to happen. But, you have free will, we all do, and the choice at that moment is to determine what you do, and how to respond when the event happens.
As a spiritual living soul, you’re an accumulation of all your experiences that are happening now, as well as those that happened in the past. It’s the choices that you make as a result of these experiences, that determines the quality of how you’re going to live your life.
There are many different roads that you may decide to take on your soul’s journey. When you are born here in the physical world, your soul’s predestined journey will take you through life. It’s your choice and your free will which route you want to take and how fast you want to get where you are ultimately supposed to end up. You may take the fast route, going directly along your path or you may (as with most of us) meander through different side roads, experiencing all that life has to offer, as you take your time in getting to your soul’s ultimate destination.
Sometimes it’s good to let go of the river’s edge and let the flow of life take you to where you’re supposed to be. It can be quite liberating when you do let go. Suddenly, opportunities and choices become exciting, and surprisingly, you still feel safe by letting go of the outcome. Of course, there are other times when it makes more sense to grab a pair of oars and steer yourself in a certain direction.
In the end, it’s always God who’s driving your bus…NOTHING IN YOUR LIFE HAPPENS BY ACCIDENT, even when you think are exercising your free will.
Having faith, is letting go & letting God…let your God take over, he’s controlling it all anyway. Worrying & stressing over things, being angry at God, questioning why you or why now, ultimately is a waste of energy & causes built up spiritual sickness…to really live & enjoy life, we must understand that God knows what he’s doing, his plan may not match yours, you may feel he’s abandoned you when you don’t get what you want or when you have a terrible loss or pain in your life, but God will always get you through it, you just have to believe he has a plan for you & he knows what he’s doing…remember “thy will, not mine, be done”. God is a mastermind!
Yes, Your choice is your own free will —so, either hang on or let go, you will eventually end up at the same predetermined place in the end.
1-Tap in to the power of your soul. Next time you make a decision, stop for a moment and ask yourself, “How do I feel about this decision?” “Does it feel positive or negative, and why?” Simply by doing this, you’ll be guided to make better choices.
2-Begin your day in a positive way. It’s always your choice as to what kind of day you want to have. Even before your foot touches the floor, try smiling. You don’t need a reason. By just smiling, you’ll begin your day in a positive way. All thought creates reality, so by starting off your day in this way, you’ll attract more positive vibes and opportunities.
3-Trust your intuition. Your intuition can be an excellent resource to assist you in making an important decision. Typically this intuition is God’s way of leading you…Imagine two roads in front of you, going in opposite directions with individual signs representing the decision. Take your time as you walk down each road and observe all the surroundings. Notice everything. Are the roads rugged or smooth? Is the landscape rich with greenery or is it barren? Use this technique for small decisions at first, as you build your intuition and confidence.
4-Choose from the heart. Try to look beyond what you’re seeing in front of you. Layers of life’s issues may be covering the goodness that’s inside people. Look deeper to feel if they have a kind, pure heart. Look for the good that’s in every person, and in every situation.
5-Make peace with poor choices. At one time or another, we’ve all made bad choices in our lives. Hopefully we learn from them, try to not to do them again, and move on. Make amends even when you don’t want to, freeing yourself from the bondage of your past is the BEST thing you can ever do! By making peace with a bad choice from the past, it will help you become more positive to make better choices in the future. By this simple act, you’re making a commitment to yourself and to your soul to be all that you can be!
6-This will seem like the craziest of all, PRAY FOR THE PEOPLE YOU RESENT MOST! Anything you would ask of God for yourself, your family & friends, ask for your enemies or the people who’ve hurt you, even if you don’t mean it…do this for at least 2 weeks & eventually the resentment will turn to forgiveness & understanding causing you to release a huge weight of stress & anger.
That’s it…if you practice these methods, if you at least try to turn ever single defect you have in your own personality (we all do) & if you just enjoy following your path you choose without worrying it’s the wrong one, you’ll find your life becomes much fuller & brighter, slowly, one day at a time!
